I don't think I could say enough amazing things about Jason Silvers and his crew at Bridgewater Roofing!! We were misled when buying our house long distance. Told we had a "new" roof. It was in rough shape. Jason was the 3rd professional to come out and the ONLY one willing to get on the roof to really look at it. Jason came out and fixed spots for a year and a half while we tried working with insurance. We had him go ahead and give us a brand-new roof a couple of months ago. They did absolutely amazing! So professional such great quality! If you want someone who will go way out of his way to get you taken care of, then definitely hire him!!! Thanks again, Jason, for all you have done! Karl Russow was very responsive, professional, and helpful in working with us, aiding us in understanding the process of working with our insurance. The guys who worked on our roof worked during 100+ degree temperatures, and care was given to make sure they didn’t overheat. I really appreciated the care shown to their employees.

Karl came out the next day and discussed our issues. The next day he gave us a bid. The next day his crew was doing the work. They did an amazing job from start to finish! Karl explained the whole process and helped to keep us informed throughout. He met the insurance adjuster at the house for the inspection and we ended up with an entire brand new roof for the price of our deductible to replace a 20 year old roof. We had a great experience. Jimmy kept us informed throughout the process. The crew did a great one-day job, with a complete tear-off and replacement. The yard was cleaned, and at the end of the day, there were no signs they were there except for our new roof.

We contacted Bridgewater and with in an hour we had talked and met with Carl. He explained that he would advocate on our behalf with our insurance company. He was here when the insurance adjuster came out. He made sure they were going to pay for a new roof. The crew that came out was very professional and worked very hard to finish in just one day. They were very careful to make sure the picked up all the old roofing and that our driveway was free of debris. The roof looks great and they were even able to fix a leak on our covered deck which had been told was impossible to repair. My husband works from home and often has zoom meetings. Carl always made sure to work around those when he came to get a contract signed and when we settled the bill. From the first contact to the end was around one month. These guys are awesome. From the estimate to finishing my damaged roof in one day. Highly recommend for their service, honesty and professionalism. Bob was upfront and honest about everything and answered any questions we had. Our new roof looks amazing!!

Josh came out to give us a bid for a roofing replacement. He got up on the roof, inspected it, and found that our 19-year-old shingles had heat damage because of insufficient ventilation. I accepted the bid that he submitted to me on a Wednesday, and they started the next Tuesday. The crew started at 7:45 am by removing the old shingles, vents, and three furnace vents that were no longer in use. They repaired the holes, put down new underlay, and installed new shingles. They cleaned up the mess and were finished by 6:30 pm. This was the best roofing company and crew that I have ever dealt with. Five Star Service.
